Budget Photograph Package: - 4 hours (R5000)

This is a budget package with no frills and it covers all of the bare essentials. The 4 hours includes a single photographer (myself) being at the church / ceremony venue half an hour before the ceremony and will be in attendance through the ceremony and formal photographs thereafter. Additional time can be arranged on the day, if proceedings are running late, and the time will be charged at R600 per hour. This will also reduce the general costs as you will not have to provide any food/refreshments for the photographer. Please note this package is only possible in the local Cape Town Area. (Additional charge if not within the Cape Peninsula).

This Budget Package includes:

1.    Photographs of the arrival at the church / ceremony venue.
2.    Photographs of the ceremony.
3.    Formal bridal entourage photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
4.    Formal bride and groom photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
5.    Your choice of:
a.    ± 60 colour Jumbo prints in a basic album OR
b.    1 PhotoDVD containing all the photographs in digital (jpeg) format full resolution for reprinting. (approximately 150 photos).
6.    Up to 4 enlargements of your choice in colour or sepia or black & white photographs (eg. 2 x A4 or 4 x A5).
7.    Selection of photographs will be available on the internet for friends and family to view.

Basic Photograph Package: - 5 hours (R 6500)

This includes an additional hour devoted to the bride. A single photographer (can request female photographer) will be at the bride's house / preparation venue one and a half hours before the ceremony (for the bride’s final preparations) and a single photographer will be at your wedding ceremony and formal photographs for 5 hours thereafter excluding the reception so the costs for the provision of food will be reduced. Extra time can be arranged on the day, if proceedings are running late, and the time will be charged at R600 per hour. Please note this package is only possible in the local Cape Town Area. (Additional charge if not within the Cape Peninsula).

This Basic Package includes:

1.    Final dressing preparation photos of bride and bridesmaids at the house / preparation venue
2.    Photographs of the arrival at the church / ceremony venue
3.    Photographs of the ceremony
4.    Formal bridal entourage photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
5.    Formal bride and groom photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
6.    Your choice of:
a.    ± 100 colour Jumbo prints in a basic album OR
b.    1 PhotoDVD containing all the photographs in digital (jpeg) format full resolution for reprinting. (approximately 200 photos).
7.    Up to 6 enlargements of your choice in colour or sepia or black & white photographs (eg. 3 x A4 or 6 x A5).
8.    Selection of photographs will be available on the internet for friends and family to view.

Standard Photograph Package: - 8 hours (R8500)

This is the most commonly requested photographic package and it includes a single photographer (female) at the bride's house / preparation venue one and a half hours before the ceremony (with optional male photographer with the groom if same venue); and photographer plus assistant through ceremony, formal photographs and reception highlights eg. throwing of the garter/bouquet. The package duration is 8 hours. This package involves the photographers being on site throughout the wedding and thus seating, refreshments and food would be appreciated.

A standard afternoon evening wedding would be from 14:00 to 22:00 or equivalent if morning wedding, etc. Additional time can be arranged on the day, if proceedings are running late, and the time will be charged at R600 per hour.

This Standard Package includes:

1.    Final dressing preparation photos of bride and bridesmaids at the house / preparation venue
2.    Photographs of the arrival at the church / ceremony venue
3.    Photographs of the ceremony
4.    Formal bridal entourage photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
5.    Formal bride and groom photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
6.    Reception photographs including entrance, speeches, cutting of the cake and throwing of the garter/bouquet.
7.    ± 200 Jumbo prints in a basic album (combination of colour, sepia and black & white.
8.    1 PhotoDVD containing all the photographs in digital (jpeg) format full resolution for reprinting. (approximately 300 photos). Background music to be supplied beforehand.
9.    Up to 10 enlargements of your choice in colour or sepia or black & white photographs (eg. 5 x A4 or 10 x A5).
10.    Selection of photographs will be available on the internet for friends and family to view.

Premium Photograph Package: - 10 hours (maximum) (R13500)

This package covers it all and more. Two photographers are available throughout to cover all angles and to make sure every special moment is captured from the preparations right through to leaving for your honeymoon night. The package duration is typically 10 hours (an afternoon evening wedding would be from 14:00 to 24:00). Additional time can be arranged on the day, if proceedings are running late, and the time will be charged at R600 per hour. This package involves the photographers being on site throughout the wedding and thus seating, refreshments and food would be appreciated.

This Premium Package includes:

1.    Final dressing preparation photos of bride and bridesmaids at the house / preparation venue
2.    Photographs of the arrival at the church / ceremony venue
3.    Photographs of the ceremony
4.    Formal bridal entourage photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
5.    Formal bride and groom photographs at same venue / pre-determined venue.
6.    Reception photographs including entrance, speeches, cutting of the cake and throwing of the garter/bouquet.
7.    ± 250 Jumbo prints in a basic album (combination of colour, sepia and black & white.
8.    1 PhotoDVD containing all the photographs in digital (jpeg) format full resolution for reprinting. (approximately 500+ photos). Background music to be supplied beforehand.
9.    Up to 12 enlargements of your choice in colour or sepia or black & white photographs (eg. 6 x A4 or 12 x A5).
10.    Storybook Album – leather bound coffee table album including 200 photographs.
11.    Selection of photographs will be available on the internet for friends and family to view.

Optional Extras to all packages: (these will affect pricing)

A.    PhotoDVD - this contains all the photographs in digital (jpeg) format - full resolution for reprinting:  ± 150 photos on budget package,  ± 200 photos on basic package,  ± 300 photos on standard,  ± 500+ photos on premium package. 
B.    Additional photographs requested for print will be charged according to print size. 
C.    Digital enhancements - retouching, re-colouring, special messages, etc will be charged at an hourly rate of R450 per hour. 
D.    Storybook Albums - eg coffee table album – various options and prices. 
E.    Additional travel expenses will be applied for weddings outside of the greater Cape Town area.
